‘The Family Plan Trailer: Mark Wahlberg Changes Diapers And Kills Assassins As A SpyTurnedDad In Apple TV+ Movie
Apple TV+ has released the trailer for the comedy “The Family Plan,” starring Mark Wahlberg, which premieres December 15th.
Directed by Simon Cellan Jones, Wahlberg plays Dan Morgan, a married man with three children. While he makes a living as a car salesman, his secret past as a high-ranking government assassin threatens the lives of his neighborhood.
The synopsis of the film reads: “When enemies from his past come after him, Dan packs his wife (Michelle Monaghan), a clueless and angry daughter, a playful teenage son and an adorable 10-month-old baby into his minivan and immediately sets off the way.” to Las Vegas.
The synopsis continues: "He must then put his lifelong skills to good use without revealing his true identity, determined to protect his family while giving them the vacation of a lifetime."
In addition to Wahlberg and Monaghan, “The Family Plan” also stars Zoe Colletti, Van Crosby, Saïd Taghmaoui, Maggie Q and Ciarán Hinds. David Coggeshall wrote the screenplay.

Jones also shared that Wahlberg "works with strong, clear ideas about his character and the film, but also great collaboration."
The director also spoke about Wahlberg's relationship with Monaghan's on-screen characters: "And as you know, he just has weird legs," he said. “Wahlberg and Michelle Monaghan are also in top form. They both have incredible chemistry on screen and as a married couple you can really buy them.”
