Kim Bum To Appear With Indonesian Actress Maudy Ayunda In Film Second Homeland? Find Out

1938 Actor Kim Boom appears in the Indonesian film Second Homeland with Maudie Ayunda. During the year, rumors that she would join the film on August 26 began to circulate on the Internet. Will Kim Bum be in the second Indonesian movie Homeland?

The Second Country is set during World War II and highlights the struggles of a young Korean in Indonesia. Young Yang Chil Sung saved the people of Indonesia in the Garu War. The Boys Over Flowers actor will play the role of young Chil Sung, also known as freedom fighter Kamrudin. According to Governor Rudy Gunawan, “Yang Chil Sung is a hero for the people of Garut. He converted to Islam, changed his name to Komrudin and married a woman named Waraja. Indonesian star Maudi Ayunda would play the role of Wanaja. During the reign of the Dutch in Indonesia, Yang Chil Sung met a tragic end with his friends. To honor him and thank him for his service, the Indonesian government agreed to bring his story to the screen. It is also known that work on the film will begin in October this year. However, Kim Bum's agency has yet to confirm this news.

Kim Bum's latest activities

On July 7, the actor announced the name of the Asian Fan Meeting 2023, Me and You. On August 25, he embarked on a fan meeting tour in Tokyo and embarked on a tour across the continent. During the event, he greeted his Japanese fans with several short and interesting segments. Kim Bum also sang the soundtrack for the 1938 play The Tale of the Nine Tailed. Five more shows on the tour will take place in September. The law school actor will perform in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 3. They will also perform in Bangkok, Manila and Cebu and conclude their tour on October 9 with their last show in Seoul.
