While the claim that " Hollywood is doing it " is very strong, especially in response to this particular video, the entertainment industry is focused on AI and how their TV shows and movies can be products. The Writers Guild of America has recently expressed its stance on the role of artificial intelligence in screenwriting, stating that it can be used as a tool as long as it does not undermine the credibility of writers. As artificial intelligence becomes more widespread, other organizations in Hollywood will likely have to reveal their policies about it.

However, with some of the highly realistic AI-generated content hitting the web in recent months, some players in the entertainment industry may be wary. Unfortunately, as technology continues to advance, it's easy to imagine a near future where artificial intelligence will replace many jobs in Hollywood.

However, as several users pointed out in response to the film's trailer, replicating a person's impact in film and television is difficult, if not impossible. An AI cannot reasonably be overwhelmed by the passion a director or screenwriter brings to a project. As long as it doesn't jeopardize the functioning of the entertainment industry too much.
