First Trailer For Pitch Perfect Star's New Christmas Movie
Here's the first trailer for the upcoming movie, A Long Christmas with the Campbells, starring Brittany Snow and Pitch Perfect stars Justin.
In the intro, we see Snow declaring to Jesse's character, "I've got what I want, true love" when asked what he wants for Christmas - only to find himself in a festive scene before being violently thrown out by his girlfriend in the next scene at the start of the season.
Despite the unexpected breakup, Jesse is still invited on a vacation with her ex-husband's family, and her situation is further complicated when she develops feelings for her ex-boyfriend's cousin, David (Lung).

Described as a "traditional holiday romance" with a lighthearted twist, its official synopsis reads: "During Christmas with the Campbell family , Jesse is coaxed by his friend Sean (Alex Moffat) into his parents just before the holiday." He still has to spend. "Christmas with you and Sean's handsome cousin while Sean is away."
Throughout the trailer, we see Jesse and David grow closer as they spend the holiday season under the same roof, which doesn't escape Sean's family's attention.
"They're having a great time," Sean's mother (Julia Duffy) says in another scene when her husband suspects they're having a great time.

Of course, no rom-com is complete without a climactic love triangle, which comes in the form of Shawn finally getting home for Christmas, and suddenly realizing he still has feelings for Jesse. Watch a few clips of David and Sean staring off into the distance while Jesse has to choose between them.
However, the one thing that sets A Christmas With The Campbells apart from other Christmas movies is the boisterous dialogue.
None of the characters are afraid to make provocative comments — especially Sean's mother, who makes several biting remarks throughout the trailer.
Christmas with The Campbells premieres December 2 on AMC+ and in theaters across the US. The UK version is yet to be determined.
