Shakini Dakini is a Telugu remake of the Korean film Midnight Runners. More men's films than women's films are made here. Somewhere in Time director Sudheer Verma Promotions. This movie raises questions. Regina not working in the trailer and press conferences/promotions makes this movie interesting. And see if the audience likes the movie..!!
Plot: Damini (Regina) and Shalini (Niveda Thomas) who are selected for training at the police academy, dislike each other from the start. They became friends, hit and scolded each other. One day, they see a girl kidnapped right in front of their eyes... and feel the responsibility of being a police officer in training.
They tried to save the girl and failed the first time. Later, Damini-Shalini brings not only her daughter to the police, but also a group of human traffickers - the "Shakini-dakini" plot.
Acting: Niveda Thomas gets high marks for good screen performances and Telangana accent, good looks. In terms of appearance, Regina is good at acting, but she could not entertain the audience. The new look she tried on was not very impressive. Sudarshan, Hemant, Chammak Chandra, Ravi Varma, Kabir Singh, Bhupal and others have done well.
Technical Achievement: Director Sudhir Varman's involvement in this film is unknown, but his creation and editing credits are nowhere to be seen. So... it's still one of Sudhir Varman's movies, but this movie doesn't have a script. However, the adaptation of a Korean story to an Indian Christmas was good... the thrill of the first part didn't show in the second part.
Therefore, when the second half starts, the audience will be bored. Background music but songs are not catchy. Richard Prasad's photography is superb. It would be better to be more careful with the fight scenes and night scenes. Although the production design was mediocre... the arc worked well.
Analysis: Shakini Dakini is nothing new. But... viewing this film as a women's film gives a whole new feeling. But.. The effect created is as if the film ends in Black Interval, the screen plays the second half, but there is no synchronization, the logic is negative. Overall, Shakini Dakini remains a treat for now.
