‘Animal Movie Review | Ranbir & Action Redefined

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal clocks in at 3 hours and 23 minutes and is one of the shortest films. After Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh, Paushu is Sandeep Reddy's third record-breaking film that showcases Sandeep Reddy's signature filmography of intensity, violence, emotion and brutality. This film proves that an actor is only as good as the director, and a film is only as good as the director. "The Beast" will be a landmark for Ranveer and storytellers will change their perspective on how to harness this talent. The male lover is already a "man".

Pashu revolves around the complicated relationship of businessman Balbir Singh (Anil Kapoor) with his son Ranvijay Singh aka Vijay (Ranbir Kapoor). His father is Ranvijay's best friend but unfortunately he doesn't spend much time with him. Ranveer goes abroad to study and returns to do business, but fate has other plans. Balbir was shot dead. Ranvijay is all set to take revenge on his unknown rival and vows to never leave his family, which prompts him to commit atrocities. Who wants to kill Balbir and why? Has Ranvijay found the attacker? Most of the story revolves around how Vijay meets his rival, what happens between them, his father and the love of his life Geetanjali (Rashmika Mandana).

Animals is a nice departure from the current trend of independent films. This story is not run of the mill and will keep you guessing what is going on. It also shows the different levels of sibling relationships and is dramatized. The amazing thing is that the film is long but it doesn't make the audience think about it thanks to the clever screenplay. The director depicted a tense family drama. Actions here come from passion and love, so they work for a long time.

Talking about the action, it begins to highlight the director's vision to deliver horror/horror action with style and great suspense. It also introduces us to a killing machine of Think Terminator and Ranveer.

Love relationships with animals are not fair, less romantic relationships are more emotional and dramatic. Rashmika Mandana plays Geetanjali, Ranvijay's childhood love who convinces him to get married in a very unique sequence. On one hand, it shows deep romance, but on the other hand, it is filled with humor that subverts the mediocre romance of the film. Rashmika Mandana matches the drama and intensity of Ranbir Kapoor's romance and suits her character perfectly.

Anil Kapoor is very convincing as the businessman Balbir and Vijay's father and creates a sense of tension between them. No one understands what they see.

For Ranbir Kapoor, this film shows how good an actor he is. The grimace on his face conveys what is going on in the character's head. One feels that a child with Brahmastra and Tu Juti Mein Mekar suddenly becomes a 'man' who wants his father's love, wants to be responsible for his family and goes for his love without any effort. His long hairstyle and thick beard as well as his business attire made his performance very handsome. Ranbir Kapoor plays before and after Paushi. (Remember what Kabir Singh Sandipa provided Shahid Kapoor).

Bobby Deol is also there but I think the audience will see the amazing performance of the dubbing actor in this gorgeous and stylish setting. Upendra Limaye stole the show with a standout performance.

In general, a movie like "Animal" is worth waiting for every day. It stands out from the crowd with its unique plot, drama, action and everything in between. All Ranbir Kapoor fans will be amazed and can take his style home which will bring more points.

Spoiler alert: Anil Kapoor has a double role as Ranveer and the film is probably half the story.
