First Trailer For Game Of Thrones Star's New Movie With Liam Neeson
The first trailer for the new film starring Liam Neeson and Ciaran Hinds in the land of saints and sinners has been released.
The film follows recently retired assassin Finbar Murphy (Star Wars and Taken star Neeson) as he becomes embroiled in a deadly game of cat and mouse with three vengeful terrorists.
The action-packed trailer shows Finbarr settling into a quiet life in a small Irish town before meeting a character from his dark past (Banshee, played by Inishera actress Kerry Condon). Hinds, who plays villain Mance Ryder in Game of Thrones, is apparently playing a local cop.

In addition to Neeson, Hinds and Condon, the film also stars Jack Gleeson, Sarah Greene, Conor McNeil and Colm Meaney. The screenplay is by Terry Loan and Mark Michael McNally. The film is directed by Robert Lorenz, who previously worked with Neeson on “Shooter.”
“In the Land of Saints and Sinners” celebrated its world premiere at the 80th Venice International Film Festival in early September. The film has received mixed reviews so far, holding a 60% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of writing.
It's expected to release on Netflix in the coming months, but the feature hasn't been announced yet.
Hinds played Mance in three seasons of the HBO fantasy drama Game of Thrones, which has since expanded into House of Dragons.

The success of the first season was soon followed by an order for a second season with eight episodes.
Director Claire Kilner joked: "There are eight great episodes with so much going on in each episode that we sometimes find it difficult to fit them into an hour."
“It’s emotionally and visually exciting,” he said.
“In the Land of Saints and Sinners” is streaming on Netflix. Seasons 1-8 of Game of Thrones are available on DVD and Blu-ray . House of the Dragon airs on HBO in the US, Sky Atlantic in the UK and NOW.
