The Bear Season 2 Gets First Reviews With 100% Rotten Tomatoes Score
The second season of The Bear has a 100% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Part 2 of the critically acclaimed comedy-drama is receiving rave reviews ahead of its release this weekend in the US and next month on Disney+ in the UK.
The long-awaited sequel follows an Italian restaurant turned fine dining restaurant, and to heat things up, they only have six months to complete a rebrand and hire new staff.

Shameless star Jeremy Allen White returns as quirky chef Carme Perzato, along with his worthy apprentice Sidney Adamo (Come on Edebiri of Big Mouth) and cousin Richie Jeremovic (Ebony Moss-Bahrach of The Punisher) who team up to reinvent favorite dishes.
It would also introduce players to several new stars, such as Breaking Bad, Better Call's Bob Odenkirk, and Win Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty star Molly Gordon.
Several critics who saw the first look at the new season praised the sequel for its dynamism, as well as its sharp and powerful lines.

Variety's review said, "These storylines provide spectacular shifts and hints at the status of the show. But they also help Bear feel more on TV, a way that rewards deep bench repair and an adaptive approach."
"This remains a remarkable achievement," wrote Rolling Stone.
Meanwhile, Playlist shared, "This heartfelt tribute is yet another touching way to let us appreciate the joy of a memorable meal amidst the agony of the process."
Bear is now available on FX Networks and Hulu in the US and Disney+ in the UK. Season 2 premieres June 22 on FX Networks in the US and July 19 on Disney+ in the UK.
