A Guide To This Summers Loaded Lineup Of Movies
In one corner is Oppenheimer, the latest thriller from writer-director Christopher Nolan ("Dark Knight," the "Inception" trilogy). It is a large film shot for Imax in 65mm showing the evolution of the atomic bomb including a recreation of a nuclear explosion achieved without CGI.

Both also open on July 21st.

As noted at last week's CinemaCon at Caesars Palace, 71 films were considered general releases last year, meaning they were shown on more than 2,000 screens. This year there are more than a hundred and that number keeps growing.
