‘Insidious: The Red Door Trailer: Fifth Movie Brings Back Patrick Wilson, Ty Simpkins And Lots Of Demons
It seems that some demons are more difficult to defeat than others.
The first official trailer for the fifth installment of the Astral horror series reveals a new demonic side to the demonic Lambert family.

Insidious: The Red Door continues 10 years after Insidious: Chapter 2 with familiar faces from its predecessors. By the end of the second film, the Lambert family seems to have broken free of their demonic vision. Fast forward to the present: Josh (Patrick Wilson) and Dalton Lambert (Tye Simpkins) return to face new challenges -- like Dalton's first year at college and a new team of creepy monsters.
Although these two have been on the run from The Next for ten years, everything will change when they have to face their demons again. What is behind the red door? The Lambert family would soon find out.
The final episode of Astral is Wilson's directorial debut. Original cast members Simpkins, Rose Byrne, Andrew Astor and Lin Shaye will return. Other stars include Hiam Abbas, Pete Drager and Sinclair Daniel.
Astral: Chapter 3 and Astral: The Last Key served as prequels to the original film. Astral: The Red Door, the fifth film in the franchise, opens in theaters on July 7.
Steven Schneider, Ryan Turek and Brian Cavanagh Jones are executive producers. Scott Commands wrote the screenplay based on a story developed by franchise creator Lee Whannell. Whannell also produced the story starring Jason Blum, James Wan and Aren Pelly.
