Carla Gugino is excellent as Jessie, a wife who vacations with her husband to a secluded house on a lake in Alabama. When Jesse finds himself handcuffed to a bed with no one to help him escape, it becomes a matter of survival and escape. Another chapter in Flanagan's horror turns into a quiet triumph for his tormented character.
